Our work — drag to compare
The condition of the stone
Marble doesn’t wear out. It loses its surface.
Polished marble reflects light because its surface is flat at a microscopic level. Foot traffic, grit, spills and moisture etch and abrade that surface until light scatters instead of reflecting — the stone looks tired, cloudy, grey.
The stone underneath is almost always intact. Restoring it is a question of reading the damage correctly and removing the right amount of material — no more — before refining the surface back to a true finish.
Treatments
Five ways we work the stone
Every floor is assessed first. The treatment — or combination of treatments — depends on the marble type, its condition and the finish you want to live with.
Marble polishing
Restores dull and faded surfaces and brings back the natural shine of the stone. Reduces minor scratches, surface marks and the haze of everyday wear.
Most floors · maintenance & revival
Grinding & honing
For deep scratches, uneven surfaces and lippage between tiles. Grinding removes the damaged layer; honing refines it into a flat, even foundation ready for polishing.
Heavy damage · uneven floors
Crystallization
A professional treatment that creates a harder, smoother and more reflective surface where it suits the stone — a high-gloss finish with added surface durability.
High gloss · high traffic
Sealing
Marble is porous. A professional sealer adds a protective layer against moisture and staining, and makes routine cleaning noticeably easier.
Protection · after any polish

The finish
Choose how much light you want back
The same floor can be finished four different ways. Select one to see the difference in reflection — and what it means day to day.

The process
Six stages, in order, every time
A systematic sequence protects the stone and keeps the result consistent from the first tile to the last.
Surface inspection
We examine the floor for scratches, stains, dullness, uneven areas and any other visible damage, and identify the marble type.
Grinding
Where required, grinding removes deeper imperfections and levels the surface, preparing the marble for the treatments that follow.
Honing
Progressively finer abrasives smooth and refine the stone, creating the even foundation a true polish depends on.
Polishing
Professional equipment and suitable polishing compounds restore smoothness, clarity and shine to the surface.
Crystallization or sealing
Depending on the marble and the finish agreed, an additional treatment enhances gloss or protects against moisture and staining.
Final quality inspection
We walk the completed floor with you, checking that the surface has been treated evenly and meets the finish expected.

Cost
What decides the price
Marble polishing is quoted per floor, not per price list — the condition of the stone matters as much as the area. These are the factors that move a quotation.

Questions
Marble polishing in Dubai, answered
How often should marble floors be polished?
It depends on foot traffic, the marble type, and how the floor is maintained day to day. High-traffic residential and commercial floors need professional attention more often than lightly used rooms; a maintenance polish between full restorations keeps the finish consistent.
Can polishing remove scratches?
Professional polishing reduces minor surface scratches and marks. Deeper scratches sit below the polished layer and need grinding or honing first, to bring the surface down to an even plane before it is polished back.
Can you restore old and dull marble floors?
Yes. Depending on the condition, restoration may combine grinding, honing, polishing, crystallization and sealing. Most floors that look beyond saving are simply damaged at the surface — the stone below is intact.
How long does marble polishing take?
The time depends on the area, the condition of the marble, and the treatment required. Our team gives a more accurate estimate once the surface has been assessed, along with what needs to be cleared from the space beforehand.
Do you polish marble in villas and apartments?
Yes — villas, apartments, luxury homes, holiday homes and other residential properties across Dubai.
Do you handle commercial marble polishing?
Yes. Hotels, offices, restaurants, retail spaces, commercial buildings, lobbies and common areas, including work scheduled outside business hours.
